Match the Accessories

These terms apply to the Vision Plus Match game ("the game") run by Vision Plus (visionplus.co.ke). By playing and submitting your details you accept them.

How prizes are won

1. Each round gives you 3 tries. Matching one pair of accessories wins that accessory. The 10 Year badge, when it appears, matches any accessory.
2. If you don't make a match, you open a mystery box and win one of: a Vision Plus adapter, Cool Pods or Neck Pods. The mystery prize is chosen at random.
3. To claim a prize you must submit your full name, phone number and email address on the game screen at the end of your round.

Redeeming your prize

4. Prizes are redeemable only on the Vision Plus website (visionplus.co.ke) with a purchase above KES 10,000.
5. Vision Plus will contact you on the details you submitted to arrange redemption. Prizes not claimed within the period we give you when we contact you may be withdrawn.
6. One prize per person. Entries that use the same phone number or email address may be treated as duplicates, and only the first valid entry will be honoured.
7. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. They are subject to stock availability; if an item is unavailable, Vision Plus may offer a product of similar value.

General

8. Vision Plus may verify any entry and may refuse a prize where details are incomplete or false, or where the game has been misused.
9. Your details are used to contact you about your prize and, where you agree, about Vision Plus offers, in line with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019. You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your details through the contact options on visionplus.co.ke.
10. Vision Plus may change or end the game and these terms at any time. Vision Plus's decision on prizes is final.
